1. A homeowner can pay for a report directly from the application for $1,099 without the help of a Real Estate professional
OR
2. The homeowner can get a Certified Report for FREE when using a Certified Agent that will represent the homeowner on listing and marketing their home for sale
When a homeowner chooses the FREE version, the cost of the Certified Report is consumed by the Agent who is representing the homeowner to list and market their home for sale. The cost doesn’t go away, it is just paid for by the real estate agent as a cost to help market the home.
A Certified Home alleviates any unforeseen issues that are commonly deferred to the end of the sales cycle. It removes any issues with the property (home inspection), value (appraisal) and ownership (title).
